1.Description of white peony white tea

Specification: second grade, first grade, special grade,top grade   

(1)  Dongyu tea grows in Dongyu Ecological tea garden which is located in Qin-Ba Mountain ancient forest of altitude1000 meters. It is the northen-most tea area, where is Large temperature difference between day and night, tea growth period is long, these excellent conditions give the tea rich content and good quality.

 (2 ) Appearance: the leaf surface is green, with a silver reverse side. 

                               the teas is apricot colored, bright and clean.

 (3) Taste: It has a pure, fresh, and mellow sweet fragrance.

2. Brewing guidelines

(1)Prepare a 200 cc teapot;

(2)Put 5g white tea;

(3)Pour the hot water into the teapot;

Temperature info. to brew white tea:

The first infusion to the third infusion: awaiting for 10 seconds, then pour out tea water;

The fourth infusion and the subsequence: based on 30 seconds, each time increased 10~20 seconds , then pour out tea water;

The infusion times can be repeated 4~6 times.

4) Pour out the tea water and drink it.
