2. Brewing guidelines

Tasting and brewing

 For all white teas, they are brewed with water below boiling (at around 75 to 80 degrees Celsiu or 167 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit) , tea liquid is a slightly viscous glittering pale yellow color with floating white hairs.

The flavor and fragrance should be delicate, light, fresh, and sweet. Brewing time should be longer than other white teas; up to 5 minutes every brewing, and the volume of tea to be used can be higher.
